extreme poor customer's service

I have seen poor service and incompetence but Shosho digital shop excelled today.George the owner whom I think he has never done customer relation even if is just 101 instead of accepting his people's incompetency and poor service he comes and lose temper on me and go as far as telling me the customer that I don't need your money, get out of my shop.I left a document an hour awgo for the copies to be made, I come back copies are not made \I mean copies"after I was chased I went to a Nigerian internet cafe and got the copies made within 5 minutes.Shosho and their owner George can't accept their incompetency instead Mr George whom i think he is long in the industry of cleint service still struggles with temper issues and lose it to even us customers.who would not be upset of not finding your copies made an hour later after you had left him with the docs.People of Bramley be aware of this Shosho digital cause you don't know the next time What George and his staff could do when they hide for their incompetency.George the world of customer's service is about the service"
