Rat found inside niknaks

Worst service ever experienced. Good day

I would like to share my disappointment with one of the shoprite stores, in Newcastle Theku Mall. Yesterday afternoon i bought a strip of niknaks for my daughter. On the way home she wanted 1 packet which i teared and gave to her.

However there was a smell we couldn't understand, got home packed the liitle groceries we bought. She again asked for another pack when i tried to give her one. I found that there was a rat in one of the packets. It's smells horrible and seems like it has been dead for a while.

Today i went back to shoprite Theku Mall same place i bought the chips and was sent from post to pillar but finally spoke to assistant manager Zanele who only apologized for the inconvenience.

As is ive decided to consult a doctor as i don't know how this will affect my daughter.

The manager failed to even take my details. She only asked that i come back and give them feedback after we've visited the doctor.
