I went there with my colleague to use one of their services of altering old sassa gold cards to new ones, upon our arrival we enquired from the security as to where should we go for assistance, the lady was utterly rude and just showed us the que and brushed us off, after seeing the ridiculously long que of people being there more than 2 hours we humbly asked for the store manager for help to put us through because our lunch break was going to be over soon, the stock admin manager Mokgadi Senono advised us that there's no store manager and that she will never assist us because if it was home affairs we could have made other arrangements. We must not involve her she doesn't care whether we are on lunch or not that's not her business people come to the store claiming to be on duty whereas they are not and she was brutally rude. My biggest grievance is that I board 3 taxis to work and I sacrificed my lunch time to get assistance only to find rude people
