Spoiled food but no refunds

"Super disappointed with ShopRite Naledi! Bought Goldi chicken and other items, only to discover the chicken was rotten. I didn't return it immediately due to rain and being busy with my business, but stored it separately to avoid contamination.

Returned after 4 days with a slip, and the manager refused reimbur*****t, saying I should've returned it same day. This is the 3rd time this has happened - desperation led me back to ShopRite.

The manager didn't consider the cost of my time, Uber fare, or impact on my business. Poor handling of food contamination and customer service. 😔
