Kindly assist I'm stranded my family has no food fo this month

It was on the 14/03/2025 in the afternoon when I went to send money to my mom via money market amount R5000, I was assisted by a lady Cynthia Tebese whom I can say was the only link to the details of the transaction including pin.as soon as I was done I Immediately forwarded the details to my mom since she was already waiting to withdraw she stays at KZN. Immediately within few seconds she called to confirm that money was already withdrawn, they since I was still at the shop I confronted Cynthia , To cut the story shot It was picked up that it was withdrawn at another Shoprite not far from where I was, I stay in Soweto so I'm not getting any assistance only dark and dive from that uSave shop @ bara
