Terrible service that has delayed my life

I bought mtn data @16:55 for R70 and its now 18:58 the voucher is not loaded on my ***. I went to the shop owner and they rudely responded with being defensive no solution. My day has been wasted and im stranded with no data..this is a terrible company I called many times and they said u wait 24hrs to be assisted.
