On the 28th of February 2026 24000 rands was *****ulently taken from my shop2shop account. After numerous attempts at resolving the issue all they keep telling me is that it is under investigation. It's frustrating trying to resolve this issue being transferred from one department to another holding on than the call just cuts.

My account is TEKQVH. My account hasn't been blocked money was transferred to a flash account from an unknown device.Its just that we receiving no help in resolving this matter. Our shop2shop rep Ahmed refuses to come around and doesn't take our calls anymore. The ticket number is 398532
