Shop and Ship - incredible service!

What an amazing experience. So lovely dealing with lovely accommodating people!

I bought my Dad a Kindle for Christmas, he loved it until he saw my Google home and decided he loved my Google home more. We hesitantly (as we were way passed the return time) contacted Shop & Ship to see whether we could swap it. They were so willing to help us out and my Dad is now the proud new owner of Google home!
