Perfect service from Shop and Ship

Absolute pleasure dealing with Shop and Ship (magnificent.co.za). I ordered a device, which unfortunately was faulty. Official Apple device, so no fault of Shop and Ship. I contacted one of their consultants via email and explained the issue. They collected it on the very next business day and refunded me straight into my account a day later. Stephanie Van Rooyen, the consultant, was understanding, effective, and precise in her actions and communications; rare qualities these days. I will definitely use Shop and Ships services again.
