Excellent service

<p>I ordered a watch strap for my Tom Tom watch on Tuesday 7 February. On the website it said that I will receive it within 2-3 working days. Today, 10 February, is the third working day and I have not received a tracking number or anything to say that it will be delivered today (as I want to use it on the weekend) I emailed the company and Stephanie van Rooyen got in touch with me almost immediately after my email was sent. I told her about the fact that I need the strap for the weekend and she arranged for the company to deliver it to me a.s.a.p. Excellent, friendly and quick service! I am very impressed with them!! Will definitely order something again!</p>
