Disappointed

I am very disappointed with the assistance I've been getting , I laybied a shoe worth R2000 & left R1400 deposit . As for times went down i didnt want it anymore so they told me to wait for 3months after my laybie expires then they can assist men. They came to resolutions of me taking anything worth the money i left of which most of the stuff the are females & me not wanting anything buy my money and they cant assist me with anything more transparent is actually iritating & inconvenience
