Sales staff are not honest at Shoe Street
Two pairs of shoes were purchased at Brookside Mall - PMB. Assured by Sales Rep that they were leather, only to find that both are listed as PU (or polyurethane) on the inside of the shoe. Tried contacting them repeatedly (from outside of PMB), but no answer to the number listed on the receipt or the website. Really poor service Shoe Street.

No communication nor response regarding order placed on 27 December 2025
Good day, Placed and paid order on 27 December 2025 for two pair of shoes, to which I received e-mail confirmation, but to date, 07/01/2026, no communication as to when I can expect my delivery nor does any of the landlines work or the Whatsapp nr provided. If I knew this, I would have bought from another supplier. If one of the staff or management see this, your response hereto would be greatly appreciated, as I no longer wish to have the order. Excellent service and excellent delivery
I ordered from their black friday specials and I was hesitant as I have had bad experiences with Online stores before but Shoe Street did NOT disappoint. Thank you to Ashraf who I had emailed multiple times on Saturday and Monday with my concerns and worries about my parcel and delivery for your patience and understanding. Truly a wonderful experience and even better service
