Shoe shack I need my shoes

Shoe shack did me dirty even now they haven't responded. I've been to Soshanguve mall store ,to find out about my damaged shoes ,still being told the company can't do anything about it. I only wore the shoes 5times. Washed them and the shoes are having two types of color n the company says they won't exchange or refund for me. Ofentse said
