Unfair policy at shoe shack jubilee mall
I visited the Shoe Shack store at Jubilee Mall to look for shoes. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I am required to purchase the shoes before trying them on.I enquired about what would happen if the shoes did not fit me, or if I did not like how they looked on my feet compared to how they appeared on display. I asked if this was their standard policy, and the staff confirmed that it was. I was extremely disappointed by this policy. As a result, I left the store without making a purchase and I do not intend to return.

Shoe shack I need my shoes
Shoe shack did me dirty even now they haven't responded. I've been to Soshanguve mall store ,to find out about my damaged shoes ,still being told the company can't do anything about it. I only wore the shoes 5times. Washed them and the shoes are having two types of color n the company says they won't exchange or refund for me. Ofentse said
