Unbeatable customer service and quality for incredible prices!!

My journey with Shiny Rock Polished was a little longer than most due to a few hiccups along the road, but I would not change my journey in any way. The hiccups gave me the opportunity to experience the highest level of customer service I have ever witnessed!!! (coming from someone who has quite a few years of customer service under their belt)

I requested a custom shank for the centre stone. Not only was I not charged more for it, but it did not affect the timeline at all. Richard and the designer, Michelle, went as far as sending me images of what my ring would look like from every possible angle to ensure that I was happy with my order.

The attention to detail and quality is absolutely superb!! My ring is so much more beautiful than I could ever have imagined!!
