Excellent service
I got my lovely ring in 2023. I had to resize it at the time but due to circumstances beyond my control I couldn't get to it. Only got to resize my ring this year. Despite me being out of time and the previous lady who assisted me having since left SRP, they still assisted me with the resizing. To say I got an excellent service is doing them an injustice. The service is out of this world! They also cleaned and Polished my ring after the resizing. Bonus!! I'd definitely recommend Shiny Rock Polished to anyone!!

Excellent service

Fantastic jeweller, fantastic service
This company is amazing. They helped me to design an engagement ring for my partner, kept me informed every step of the way and got just as excited as me about asking her to marry me. Their service felt personal and I felt they were invested in me as a person. Jade van Heerden was spectacular and provided wise and clear guidance. I cannot fault Shiny Rock Polished. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend.

Jade and her design team was exceptional in delivering both rings (bride & groom) in a very short space of time. The rings were delivered, exactly to speck and on time. There was a push to ensure we reach the deadline date and Jade made sure this happened. Thank you Jade and your design team for delivering exceptional pieces. We love it and appreciate all your effort.

Jade is AMAZING She understood exactly what I wanted, through chat - I described what I wanted me - she gave me options to fit in my budget - I needed it for Christmas and I didn’t leave much time - she kept me up to date with the production and it arrived a week before expected I have a great experience with her personally as well and understanding what I wanted made She also followed up once I received it Highly recommend - professional - affordable and super friendly

Very very bad service from SHINY ROCK POLISHED,NEVER will i recommend them
I bought a ring from them on the 25th of November using my pay just now,only after i made the first payment they said it would take 2 weeks to manufacture the ring...after 2 and a half weeks i emailed them and they said there was a defect on the the ring and they would need to remanufacture it so its another 2 weeks...i said i needed it before christmas and they said they wil refund the payment..so i bought a ring from american swiss to get ingaged on christmas eve...its the 27th december now and no refund and no reply from them,the second payment was suppose to come of but luckily its a account i only use for purchases,so i dont leave money there...but no reply from them of pay just now
