I was helped by Kirsty who was absolutely amazing. I am really indecisive and really came in not knowing what I wanted and with limited knowledge on rings and diamonds. Kirsty was really knowledgable and helped me design my dream ring with patience and compassion. She really went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied and communicated with me throughout the process.
