Regretful decision

First of all I was very impressed with the ring once delivered but just over 1 year the top of my wifes wedding ring came loose and I called the following day. I was told that the support on the ring was not good enough and that support bridges will need to be built into the ring. Shiny Rock Polished did the design and created the ring but I was expected to bare the cost for the repairs which was clearly a design flaw if there was not not enough support in the first place. I feel that I was very impressed in the beginning when I received the ring and later on did my wifes wedding band with them as well, but today I regret the decision to entrust them with such a important life task to create my wifes wedding ring and because of a design issue I will have to bare the costs. I will never trust them again and rather make use of a company with better quality products which can stand with their product.
