Outstanding service and quality

I am absolutely blown away by Shiny Rock Polished, and couldn't recommend them more highly. I sent through an enquiry with our budget and Jamie contaced me almost immediately. I had a very specific style ring that I wanted and I sent Jamie photos of the design that I wanted to have replicated. She was incredibly helpful, provided great suggestions and within a few hours she confirmed that they would be able to create an exact replica. I had a very limited timeframe (2 weeks) in which I needed the ring to arrive by - and it did, despite their estimated custom manufacturing period of 3-4 weeks. The ring that arrived completely exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful!
