Worst Service Ever

If there was an option for negative rating that was going to be my selection. I'm so disappointed in the service I've received from the manager at shield express Mall of the South. I arrived at the car wash at approximately 15:55 and the manager told me that they have closed however, according to their website, the closing time is 17:00. There were 2 cars on the washing bay at the time and no car in the waiting line. The manager mentioned that they don't pay over time to their employees and therefore it'll be from my own pocket, and he said it'll be R25.00 for each person and since it was gonna be 2 people, that will amount to R50.00, to which I rep**** I'm fine with it, aslong as the car is clean. His reply was "that I cannot guarantee". At that point my face changed with shock. I then left. As I was in the parking lot, a man (whom it appeared as if they know each other, from the body demeanor "conversing and laughing" ) came in to the queue and his car was put into the washing bay and washed.
