Theft
Purchased Tool in a Can, value pack, comes with a little free can, and the big can is 500ml. Been using this product for years. Used the free can on 2 door hinges, finished, its free so no worries. I have finished the 500ml in 2 days, this is a company now *****ing from people, 500ml is an absolute lie, stop *****ing Shield!

Complaints against Shield express Car Wash Chilli Lane Shopping Centre
I found Shield Express Car Wash online while looking for somewhere to have my car washed. I arrived at the Chilli Lane branch at approximately 4:40 p.m., only to find beacons blocking the entrance and staff refusing to assist me. When I asked to speak to the manager, none of the employees seemed willing to help. I waited approximately eight minutes before a woman who identified herself as Happiness, the manager, eventually appeared. Happiness told me that the car wash closes strictly at 5:00 p.m. I pointed out that it was still before 5:00 p.m., yet she continued to refuse me service. I then noticed a large sign displayed on the premises stating that the car wash closes at 5:30 p.m. This means the branch had effectively stopped accepting customers approximately 50 minutes before its advertised closing time. I do not know whether the owner is aware that customers are being turned away early, but I find this situation and the manner in which I was treated completely unacceptable. The staff were unhelpful, the manager took several minutes to appear, and no reasonable explanation or apology was provided. The service I received was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would appreciate it if the owner or senior management could investigate this matter and explain why the branch was closed to customers well before the advertised closing time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not return to this branch or recommend it to anyone else. Kind regards,
