The worst experience ever

I went to this carwash on Friday 23 June 2017. Dropped my car at 8h00. Went back to get it at 12h00. Paid for the service and gotten into the car. As I was about to pull off, I adjusted my inside mirror as normally it would be turned from cleaning. Then the next thing boom... the mirror is in my hands. I called the guy who was helping me. I showed him the mirror and I asked what happened? He said it was probably lose from the moment I got there. But it's not a big deal, it happens all the time. Just that he can't remember how they fixed it the last time it came out from one of the cars. He kept on trying but I had to go fetch my son from school. So I asked him to call his manager or the person in charge so that I could meet them when I got back. I got back just before 13h00, I asked where was the manager. He directed me to one of the guys working there. I told this guy that I called (Dealership) assist and they want to know who's going to pay the R965 call out fee and the guy said he was not the manager. I demanded that he gave me the manager's contacts or else I was going to block access to the car wash. I called the number and there was no response. I sent an sms explaining my situation and I called back again. A lady answered claiming Johan or whoever it is, was not available as he went to fetch the kids from school. I told him I had all the time in the world, I'd wait for him at the car wash. She claimed it was going to take longer than an hour. I said it was okay. However, I mentioned that I'd go to the dealership workshop to let them check the damage and see if the problem could be fixed without a cost. The "manager's lady friend" promised she was gonna pass the message and "Mr manager" would call me back as soon as he gets the message. At 15h50 I still haven't heard from them. While I was there two other customers stormed out fuming because they were charged incorrectly. If you happen to be around Carnival Mall and need a car wash, remember my experience and think twice. Also, it was a lesson for me that I must never leave my car at the car wash and if I do, I must check if I everything is where it was when I left the car. It's the next day and still no word from the manager.
