Shield Homecare – Excellent Customer Service
Shield Homecare has some of the best customer service I've come across. I wish more companies would conduct their customer relations with the same fervour as Shield Homecare. They went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations.
It was such a pleasure to deal with Lance Clark and Lana Thurston. They dealt with a matter in a very professional matter and placed the customer first. Their commitment to customer service has ensured that our family will continue using Shield Homecare products in future.

12 Apr 2021, 12:55This was supposed to be a 5-star rating, but I inadvertently clicked on a 1-star rating, as hellopeter's rating scale ranks from 5 to 1, instead of 1 to 5 and I just clicked according to the stars. I apologise. This company deserves 5 STARS all the way!
