Shield Express car wash, The Glen

@ The Glen. After stopping as the 3rd car in line it took 1H25min to start washing my car. The staff starts the car then disappears. Eat while they wash and spend more time talking and walking around and talking in the next door washing bay. When the car is finished they walk around as if looking for the car keys even though they are in the wash bay. They missed most of the roof, both side mirrors, the mags and parts at the bottom around the doors. The drying in vacuum bays are filthy. The vacuum bumped my car multiple times. The final product was terrible and I can advise anyone not to go there.
