Shield Chemicals Poor Service
I wrote to Shield's customer care to complain about problems I had encountered with bottles of their Air scents. Within 9 hours I got a response from Angelene Coetzee, Customer Care who explained the problem and took my details for collection of the faulty products and delivery of some replacement. She said it would take 3 to 5 days but I contacted her after 2 weeks to say that I have not heard from her or anybody else. She promptly rep**** saying that she will find out what is going on. 9 days later I am writing this review because she has still not responded, neither has anyone else from Shield. Their product and service are both equally poor. Shame on you Shield!

16 Aug 2018, 09:07Before writing this review I e-mailed Angelene and informed her of my dissatisfaction of the poor service received. Since then I have had 4 e-mails from her apologising and promising to resolve my problem. It all seems very sincere so I will wait and see.
