Service excellence

We bought two canisters of air freshner for the automatic spray units, Arriving home I noticed the actuator on the one canister was broken. I took a picture and sent it through to their customer service. They requested proof of purchase, place and date as well as my details. I provided these and a week later received not only the replacement canister, but a second canister as well as a bottle of general household cleaner. This is what I call service and how any reputable company in South Africa should be operating. Thanks Shield, you really put my trust back into certain manufacturers and suppliers. We will certainly continue to support your products.
