Carnival Mall branch-took my car for a wash and when i was paying the lady accidental debited me R1250 instead of R125. They said I must bring my bank statement for them to confirm of which this was an insult but i did anyway. 2 months later still waiting and they now ignoring my calls and i went there more than 4 times and the stuff said i must speak to Jack because he is the manager and that person is never at work.
