Poor service

Never go to Town square shield express the service is terrible. I dropped my vehicle off at 10:00 on Monday and paid, Only to return at 11:30 as they were busy. Assuming they would be busy with my vehicle, and to find my vehicle was not even in the wash bay as yet so I waited until 11:45 only to see another vehicle that had arrived after me being finished off, and then someone who has just arrived at the car wash got their car pulled in into the wash bay. I then requested my money back and only to be asked where is your car? Why do they take the reg of the Vehicle if they are not checking it before washing it? I don’t even get apology or any explanation of why. No management around to address my concern. How do you hold a vehicle keys and not know where it is especially if I’ve told you where I parked the vehicle?
