Not to clean

I took my vehicle for a wash at Shield over the weekend. They had my car for more than a hour. I noticed that my wind screen was dirty, no polish on the dash, rear view mirror still dirty and carpet to properly vacuumed. I complained about it, and then the guy attending to it had a bad attitude towards the fact that he had to clean wat was still dirty. After al of this when I got home I noticed that my windscreen on the inside was still dirty even after it was attended to. Never again.
