Not such an "express" car wash

<p>I visited the foresthill city Shield express car wash yesterday at 16:28. I left my vehicle in their capable hands for the stand up "express" service which they claim to provide. Keep in mind there was only 2 vehicles before me and they have about 12 employees. With that being said I returned an hour later to collect my vehicle only to find that just before my return it went through the wash bay. They only started wiping off the vehicle and cleaning the interior on my return.I asked the employee how much longer she would take and she advised only 10 minutes....this was at 17:32. It was now 18:00 and the employee was still busy with my vehicle, another customer came to collect her vehicle and the employee left my vehicle and went to wipe off residue on the other customers vehicle. At this point i became very impatient and advised the employee that i need to be somewhere by 18:00 and that i was late, my vehicle was ready by 18:27. I will never make use of this service again and i will advise friends and family not to support this car wash. I am very disappointed with the customer service i recieved.</p>
