I took my car for executive car wash for R150

I took my car for an executive car was yesterday at Express car wash at Forest Hills mall yesterday, the amount that i paid for that was R150 but the way my car was looking it was good at all. They did not even vacuum the inside of the car. When i complained to the manager he said he will work on it but there was not change at all, and he said it was done and he left it like that. the service that i got was so bad yet i had to pay a lot of money for nothing. I am very angry about the treatment i received.
