Great Customer Care

I bought a litre of Shield tyre shine for my bakkie. Unfortunately the container spilled inside my car before I had even opened.<br> <br> I contacted Shield customer care and was helped by a lady by the name of Tanya. She took down my details and promised to have the bottle replaced. This was duly done yesterday, a day after I had lodged the complaint. To my pleasant surprise there were additional items inside the package that she sent.<br> <br> Big Up to her and to Shield!!
