Disgusting Service

<p>I went to the shield express car wash in midrand the service from the guys on the floor was great no complaints there. But after doing my shopping I went back to fetch my car only to be told they do not take cards only cash!!!?? I explained to the lady that I did not carry cash and had I been told when I dropped my car I would have withdrawn cash while shopping. The lady rudely informed me that she is not the one who received my car and the guys washing were supposed to tell me cash only? She then told me I could walk to the pick n pay complex (about 3 blocks away) and withdraw or I must leave something at car wash to secure my return?? I refused to walk as I had a small child who could not walk that distance and she then instructed 1 of the guys to go with me. I asked to speak to the manager and she rudely responded :Iam the manager! Very arrogant ! Service really sucks so unlike shield !!!!</p>
