Damaging car

I used sheen silicone on my cars tyres and front bumper and it left white/grey spots all over. This was very disappointing. Another thing is i used fresh24 freshner and it somehow dripped on my dashboard and left a stain there. I hope you can resolve this to make sure it won't happen in the future. Otherwise i am happy with your products and can't complain.
