They will continue to deduct money from your account even after they have confirmed that they would stop after receiving your instruction to do so. You will not get a refund for overcharging. The best thing is not to deal with them at all. if you have paid money to them and want to stop receiving property information then rather immediately cancel your card with your bank and have it replaced.
