Unhappy customer patient

Sadly I must agree with reviews from the public on helopeter and social media. I was ill-treated by Shelly Radiology Practise of Dr Gebremariam on 2/06/2022 and it was not the first time!!. 2020 year after numerous times requesting my report of a thyroid ultrasound, I eventually received it after nearly 2 weeks AND WAS SHOCKED it was the report of x rays for the right foot of a lady I do not even know AND I had an THYROID ultrasound done. Days ago I went there for a follow up, the radiologist was not available and the ultrasound AND report was insignificant. I had multiple ultrasounds for the last decade and never one matching this quicky. In fat after I showed the Ultrasound was done and I showe theSonographer young lady, she said Oh My...get back o the bed get back I must take another look?? The doctor never laid eyes on the report or signed it off. When I walked in for the ultrasound he passed me on his way out and 30min later when I walked out he came into the rooms.

I did not receive an Invoice, assumed they will send it to the medical aid. Next morning 8.00 clock, I received a presumptuous sms TO PLEASE SETTLE MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE. I did not even had a invoice. When I called the number given on the sms if I had a complaint to discuss my displeasure! Jesica said she mailed a invoice to me... I asked when as I check my e mails every night before bedtime(10pm) there was no invoice, I asked when and she said MINUTES AGO!! Because I knew her report was insignificant I had to have another Thyroid utrasound as the report said the gland "appear normal" and I in fact have a multinodular gland WHICH the other practise in detailed described every lob and every measurement and instructed this gland should be followed up! I am not happy about the service and attitude of the practise. The PRO preceded to defended them when I called to speak to the CEO to report this matter OR the Hospital manager-(as always) they are never available always in a meeting. Later the PRO-complaints manager of the hospital called and said it is not the hospital's problem ALL Dr's rent rooms and are in no way connected to the hospital ??? my goodness?? It has everything to do with the hospital BECAUSE THE DR'S is THE service provider !!!A courtesy warning to everybody on the South Coast avoid misunderstanding and friction in your life don't go to Shelly Beach Private Hospital.
