Shelka never responds and they are not helpful

Shelka Merchants its just a ****, bought a phone 6months ago and the receipt clearly stated that there is a one year warranty, now i have an issue with my new a NEW phone and they are duck and diving its been almost 6 days since i informed them that the so called "NEW" phone i got from them suddenly is giving me issues with the battery but i am just being ignored. this is not the first time i am having issues with them and i did explain a week after i got the phone that the battery was weird but was informed its because of the IOS software updates, the battery will be fine, which was a total lie...
