Poor communication & service
Seems like it was once a proper shop because the person who recommended me was very confident . But right now as of 2026 If you want to get ****med, this is the perfect place to go. The experience was terrible from start to finish, with poor communication and awful customer service. I took my phone in because of water damage, and the repair quote came back initially at R850, and then progressed to at almost half the price of buying a new iPhone. On top of that, I was charged for a battery replacement after they threw away my original battery without consulting me. They knew the phone still wouldn't work with just a new battery, yet they went ahead anyway and threw it. Now I'm left with a phone that still doesn't work with the new battery, and I have no idea whether parts are missing or if something else was done to it. I'd recommend taking your phone to Abo my friend instead. They do a much better job than Kabelo and provide a far more professional service.

Shelka Merchants Cellular are *****STERS OF NOTE! Bought a brand new iPhone on their website, no delivery no refund! They just ignore messages. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!! EXPOSE AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM!!! They act legit on their socials but their customers service is K*** to say the least. I will fight to get my money back I will never let it slide.
