Buy from them at your own risk

Bought a brand new IPhone , I received the phone, the day of the activation I’ve realised that the phone was not properly working, called the consultant, they said I must return the phone with everything that it came with they will send me a new phone, after they received the phone, I received a whatsup saying the phone fell and had scraches(they made a small scratch so that I don’t get a new phone) they refused to give me a new phone, I reported them to the Ombudsman, they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have a proof that when I sent the phone it didn’t have scraches, I fought until I gave up. I asked them to sent the phone back, I took it for a repair, the guy told me straight that phone was not a brand new phone, he even showed me that the phone was fixed before 🥹🥹 etlist he managed to fix it for me, when they sent me the phone back they didn’t send the receipts, now I have to bag them for the receipt, Yooo I was told it’s not their responsibility to look after my receipts, the consultant name is Kabelo, yooo that guy is very rude 🥲🥲🥲 I will never recommend anyone to buy from them
