You dont need customers- your staff are chasing us away Sheet Street

Went to YOUR Piet Retief (Mkondo) branch. Asked Hlengiwe (employee) to please check on the system if they had any other of the block out curtains in store. She rudely reply... "if its not there (pointing with her head) where the others are then we dont have in stock." What I know from experience is that stock can be check on system. I decided to shop around for other items in store only to find that the curtains I initially wanted were also placed towards the door in a cube. I immediately decided against purchasing and only bought 1 set of curtains as I needed to hang something on my window for the night as I relocated to Mkondo. I took the pleasure of driving an hour lobg trip to another town on Sunday morning for curtains. Just to spare Hlengiwe the hassle of assisting ONE customer. I ended up with 2 purchases of R 13 499.00 at 2 other stores that couldve been for your Mkondo store. The one thing that employees should understand is that: weve got options. It is my money and I decide where to spent it based on the stinky attitude of YOUR BRAND ambassador. Your store has lost a loyal shopaholic.
