Worst service in the world from Sheet Street

Bought a bed lamp from Sheet Street in Heidelberg i have so much to complain about i cant understand why they don't just close the branch. 1. The lamp is not working (they don't have even globes to test the lamp) 2. I showed them on my Bank of the transaction on my banking app they don't want to except it because they need a slip i unfortunately lost the slip. 3. The staff is not helpful at all (attitude stinks) when i told them that i am going to report the issue at the head office they said please do. 4 I have asked them could they please go back to the records of the previous day they said they cant do so the staff is extremely ***********'s in doing there job (should be fired. Please don't buy from Sheet Street in Heidelberg, they let a customer feel as a ********
