WORST SERVICE EVER.

Worst service experienced on Saturday, 03/01/2025. I visited the store intending to purchase the lace curtain on display. The consultants were standing together at the till, and I had to approach them to request assistance. When one consultant eventually came to me, she simply stared at me without offering help.

I asked whether I could purchase the curtain that was on display. She did not check or confirm availability with a colleague and immediately responded that it was not available. I then requested to purchase the display item, to which she rep**** that it could not be sold because there was no packaging.

Throughout the interaction, there was a clear lack of interest and customer care. As I was leaving, no effort was made to assist further or acknowledge me, leaving me feeling ignored and dissatisfied with the service received.
