Worst online. No sense of urgency at all.

Worst online shopping. They simple have no urgency at all. Stuff ordered from China and what i ordered from them still hangs in the balance. I ordered online on 24 July and there was no movement on the order until I sent them an inquiry which was not responded to or even acknowledged. However on the same day 30 July they said the order has been packed. this order was finally shipped a day later, on the 31st. Since today is a friday, i will possibly get it on Friday. this is such a terrible service as compared to the services offered by their Partner Mr price. Mind your I ordered on the same day and the Mr Price home order arrived on the 29th. Tell me why I should use such a service again, where time is obviously not an important commodity.
