Worst experience ever with an agent

Pr price sheet street customer service agents are so rude. I called in to make a payment arrangement on my account and the agen Sam was so rude over the call. He had such an attitude. I told him I didn't appreciate him sounding so rude over the call and he responds to say "well then should I transfer you to someone who will speak nice to you?" It's almost like they trained them to be rude to customers because it's the same case each time I call. I've never felt so belittled by an agent I was disgusted. I dread the day I opened an account with a store which such ****py services. You'd think it's a small family business, no proper training or whatsoever. That boy was plain rude you'd think it's his dad's company the way he was so rude. ***********.
