Wont close my account

I have requested to cancel my contract since December yet im still getting statements in not paying for anything I have sent multiple emails What must I do burn my card atbthe store to show you that I want out. How can you apply and accept a contract online but I cant close my account in the same fashion u are definitely not operating as per the consumer act
