When customer care repeats what you have stated in an email as a response to why your order hasn't had any progress
I order an item online on the 29th of July , today is the 8th of August (6 working days) I emailed their customer care email and explained that I am aware that their delivery is 5 to 7 working days but I haven't had any progress on my order which is worrying because by now one should have received a tracking number by now , the reply I got to my email was the most useless response I had ever gotten before " Noma Ndwandwe here from Team Sheet Street
Please be advised Sheet street orders takes within 5-7 working days to be delivered." Like seriously I know it takes 5-7 working days to be delivered I stated that in the email I had sent , just for her to repeat what I had stated in my email my question was why is there no update ? Unless it takes sheet street 5-7 working days to get stock from a supplier but if that is the case is should be listed in shipping information.
When I call customer care the lady I spoke to said that they still trying to locate the item and once they located it they will ship it out .
But seriously 6 working days with no update on an order is shocking , I worked retail and when ever we needed to order in stock we would notify the customer straight away so that they wouldn't be inconvenienced and we would keep them update until their order was sent out.
This is truly shocking that this the response you get from customer care .
