What a wonderful service I recieved
I want to thank Lerato as she went an extra mile to assist me to exchange a blanket I bought in Sheet Street in Dundee which was torn. I know it is not enough to say \thank you"but it will give her a little bit of encouragement to do her a job. She's got a good attitude towards her work. She made sure I got the goods in order by checking them and she gave me terms and conditions for returning the goods. """
