Want to buy Item but item does not exist online but exists in store.

I wanted to buy a Floral Crest - Reverse Comforter from sheet street this morning (The same one I bought yesterday). I wanted a king size, but Sheet Street Mooi River Mall does not have in stock. The store attendant checked for me on the system and said other stores do have in stock and I should order online. At home I tried to search for the comforter online and cannot find it listed on the website. I then went to Riverwalk's Sheet Street and the very friendly lady assisted me. She phoned the store in Clear Water mall and requested that they send us the one they have in stock. They said that they can't send it and that I will have to buy it online. She tried to check online herself but cannot find the item online using barcode *** or stock code ***. Now my question is, how do I get the item? I'll have to drive out a whole tank of petrol just to buy this item from another store because Sheet Street does not want to accommodate a customer like me?
