Very poor customer service

Today the 30/05/24 at around 17:30 I visited sheet street River Square mall in Vereeniging to buy a few things. There was no customer at the till, I put my items on the counter and Maria was the cashier, her colleague (wearing glasses) was also there. As I was waiting for her to ring my items, another customer (Indian man) came rushing, it seemed to me like they know each other. I couldn’t believe my eyes when Maria decided to help this customer before me without my agreement claiming that he’s in hurry. I asked her if did I tell her that I was not in a hurry. I was very ****ed that customers are still treated like this in 2024. I’ll never visit this store ever again and I wish people can see how there’ll be treated😡😡😡.
