Unprofessional rude cashiers

I visited sheet street on the 06/09/2025 at Gateway mall , I had an account voucher, I asked the cashiers if I could use it in store , there was 4 of them behind the till in their own conversations, they stopped and looked at me saying yes, I had picked my items I wanted, went to the till, and the lady just looks at me takes my stuff asks for my ID very rudely ,and cashes my stuff . I did advise her of my voucher, she just rolled her eyes and was angry that she had to credit and redo sale because of my voucher..she throws the pen for me to sign. It's absolutely disgusting thr behavior of staff. And they started speaking in Zulu . Absolutely unprofessional and rude. The lady's name is minehlele I think. Staff need to have manners. They have a job. If they don't want to help they should resign and find a job where they are happy.
